The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

2:09 p.m.
An officer responded to Lark Place for a male’s report of harassment by his ex-girlfriend. As the officer listened to a phone conversation between the two, the ex made verbal threats to both the complainant and his wife.
Saturday, Feb. 25
11:25 a.m.
A Mockingbird Lane woman reported the theft of antique china from her patio. The missing china was described as a white plate and valued at $150.
Friday, Feb. 24
7:59 a.m.
A Village Creek woman reported the theft of two garbage bags containing clothes from a storage shed behind her apartment.
10 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of the unattended death of an elderly male at a Wilson Street.
3:21 p.m.
A Walnut Street man reported someone, likely a known female, let the air out of all four tires on his vehicle.

Friday, Feb. 17
6:02 p.m.
An Amity man reported finding an abandoned motorcycle in a creek on Miller Road. He gave a deputy the tag number, and the vehicle returned clear. Four days later, the deputy drove to the site and found the motorcycle, and its VIN returned stolen out of Montgomery County. A deputy from that agency arrived and confirmed the bike as stolen. It was towed from the scene.

John Marlow, 69, was arrested for third-degree assault on a family member.
