
Jim Fulmer, age 72, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at CHI Extended Care Center in Hot Springs. He was born February 24, 1950, in Arkadelphia, the son of the late Walter Wilson and Bessie Bell Beauchamp Fulmer.
Jim was a United States Army Veteran. He was a retired self employed truck driver for many years. Jim was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Caddo Valley. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, road trips and traveling the outdoors.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Hazel Tucker and one grandson, Ryan Joiner.
Survivors are his wife, Vina Duncan Fulmer of Arkadelphia, one son, Joseph Wayne Fulmer (Sherry) of Glen Rose, three daughters, Lara Marie Mackey (Jeremy) of Hot Springs, Tami Lee Moore (Matthew Gollaway) of Hot Springs and Sandra Parker (Alvin) of Glen Rose, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 27, 2023, at Welch Funeral Home.
