The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, Jan. 19
11:34 a.m.
Officers responded to Arkadelphia Pawn Shop, 201 Robey St., for a report of a window broken out of a vehicle.

Wednesday, Jan. 18
10:09 a.m.
Employee theft of medication was reported at Twin Rivers Health & Rehabilitation, 3021 Twin Rivers Dr.

12:13 p.m.
A woman reported losing her phone and wallet at Walmart.

3:06 p.m.
Officers cited a shoplifter at Walmart.

4:20 p.m.
Officers cited a Walmart shoplifter who paid for some items in his shopping cart but not all.

Tuesday, Jan. 17
Officers worked a case of endangering the welfare of a minor. Records at the jail facility indicate an arrest was made.

11:45 a.m.
Police arrested a man on Phillips Street for public intoxication.

3:13 p.m.
A South 12th Street couple reported a known female had trespassed on their property, providing officers with security footage. Police were unable to determine the suspect’s identity from the recording.

Monday, Jan. 16
7:44 p.m.
Two people were arrested at a residence at the 1600 block of Caddo Street following a 911 call. Responding officers walked into a shouting match between a man and woman and later learned that suspected infidelity played a role in the disturbance.

Sunday, Jan. 15
6 p.m.
A bicyclist on Cedar Grove Road reported a dog chased and bit him on the calf. Contact was made with the owner, who said the dog had been vaccinated.

Arrests in Clark County

Monday, Jan. 16
Tevin Odom, 27, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for speeding and no seat belt.

John Cogburn, 30, was arrested and held for continued detention.

Quavinnie Fellows, 33, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

Quentin Summerville, 32, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Jan. 17
Dutch Forga, 38, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for public intoxication.

Anthony Wilson, 47, was arrested for failure to appear and driving with a suspended license.

Brad Stuckey, 38, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Sharika Ward, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for DWI, driving with a suspended license, failure to register and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

Wednesday, Jan. 18
Carl Johnson, 50, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear, failure to comply on restitution and theft of property.

Thursday, Jan. 19
Martha Ortiz, no age listed, was held for drug court.

David Garner, 48, was arrested by Amity police for third-degree domestic battery.
