The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Monday, Nov. 21
7:03 a.m.
A motorist reported striking a deer near the junction of North 15th Street and M.H. Russell Drive.

Sunday, Nov. 20
3:08 a.m.
Officers responded to an unattended death at Ellison Place Apartments on North 20th Street.

3:16 a.m.
Police arrested a man for DWI on North 10th Street after responding to an accident at the Caddo River Relief Bridge.

Saturday, Nov. 19
2:54 p.m.
A couple turned in a purse they found on the retaining wall separating Arby’s and Mr. Suds Laundromat.

Friday, Nov. 18
A South 13th Street man reported the theft of his wallet, likely by a known suspect.

Police opened an investigation of producing pornographic performance of a child.

3:19 p.m.
Officers arrested a shoplifter at Walmart.

8:28 p.m.
Officers arrested a shoplifter at Walmart.

Police investigated a report of terroristic threatening involving a juvenile.

Wednesday, Nov. 16
6:40 a.m.
A worker at Mr. Suds Laundromat reported someone broke a washing machine door.

Friday, Nov. 18
Mark Stantan Jarrell, 40, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for DWI.

Katherine Lee Burns, 34, was arrested for theft of property and failure to appear.

Sunday, Nov. 20
Isaiah Shamar Harper, 21, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for DWI.

Austin Cole Steelman, 28, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication.
