Clay Sexton & Associates PLLC purchased an office building at 107 N. 26th St. in Arkadelphia from Pennington Joint Revocable Trust. The Nov. 16 transaction netted $325,000 for the previous owner.

The Arkansas State Highway Commission purchased part of a property on South 11th Street in Arkadelphia from Johnny and Linda Harris.

The Arkansas State Highway Commission purchased part of a property that includes commercial space at 908 Main St. (Old Rose Tattoo) in Arkadelphia. Owners are Richard and Lillie Bryant.

The Arkansas State Highway Commission bought 10 acres of timberland south of Elaine Circle in Arkadelphia from Don and Elaine Collins. The Nov. 17 transaction netted $260,800 for the previous owners.

Cassie Gonzales purchased a commercial building on Valley Street (the Caddo Valley Flea Market) as well as the 11.37 acres of land it sits on from Shaw Family Limited Partnership for $650,000.

Lee and Sharon Jones purchased a 2,500 SF frame siding home on Holly Oak Drive in Arkadelphia from David and April Burris for $250,000.

The Arkansas State Highway Commission purchased part of the property that includes College Motel, 1015 Pine St., from Chandi Patel.

JMRW Properties LLC purchased a 1,792 SF frame siding home on Elaine Circle in Arkadelphia from Ivan and Carolyn Flanary for $114,000.

Vickie Stevenson purchased 34.63 acres of pastureland on Darby Road in Manchester. The Nov. 4 transaction netted $292,000 for previous owners Stanley and David Palla.
