The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, Nov. 13
Police opened a case of terroristic acts and terroristic acts on a police officer. The report was sealed as a felony case.

Officers took an “information only” report involving a juvenile.

Saturday, Nov. 12
7:19 p.m.
Officers responded to Walmart for a fight between two males in the parking lot outside the grocery entrance. The fight was separated with the help of witnesses, and two citations were given.

8:44 p.m.
A North 14th Street man reported someone vandalized his pickup truck.

Friday, Nov. 11
7:45 a.m.
A motorist reported hitting a deer on North 10th Street near Country Club Road.

9:16 a.m.
A contractor reported vandalism to heavy equipment near a job site at 26th and Caddo streets.

3:09 p.m.
A Brookshire’s employee reported two white males shotgunned a couple of alcoholic beverages and placed them back on the shelf in an opened box. Identified as college students, the suspects were ultimately detained near Oakwood Apartments at 12th and Clinton streets. They were escorted back to the grocery store to be banned, then issued citations for shoplifting.

Saturday, Nov. 12
Jaquwan Rainey, 19, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.

DTorriond Gordon, 20, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.
