SR3 has arguably been the toughest region in the nation this season with four of the eight remaining unbeaten teams at the NCAA Division II level coming from the aforementioned four conferences.

The top seven teams from each region will compete in the playoffs with the No. 1 seed getting a first-round bye. The No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 teams will host the first round.

Ouachita is seeking its fifth appearance in the NCAA Division II playoffs. The Tigers have already clinched at least a share of the GAC championship with two games remaining in the regular season. Ouachita takes a road trip to Southeastern Oklahoma State this Saturday, Nov. 5, and then walks across the street to face Henderson State in the Battle of the Ravine next Saturday, Nov. 12.
