The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, Oct. 23
3:06 p.m.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a man and woman at Powder Mill Apartments. No arrest was made.

Saturday, Oct. 22
7:42 a.m.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a man and woman at Twin Rivers Drive. No arrest was made.

3:01 p.m.
A woman reported someone hacked into her Walmart account and ordered candy and coffee, which was being delivered to a Center Street residence. The complainant was able to cancel other items the hacker ordered.

3:51 p.m.
Officers were summoned to a North 12th Street fraternity house, where a member reported a neighboring fraternity removed two security cameras and trashed them, apparently upset the cameras had a view of their property.

5:37 p.m.
Officers responded to McDonald’s for a report that a disgruntled employee was causing a scene, apparently angry over the demotion of a colleague.

7:21 p.m.
Officers responded to a nursing home for a report of an employee passed out in the courtyard and the disappearance of three pain pills from residents.

11:25 p.m.
Police responded to a Sylvia Street residence for an altercation involving a firearm. They were able to make contact with the suspect and determined there was no weapon involved.

9:31 a.m.
A Clay Street business reported the sewer clean-out caps had been removed from the piping outside.

12:49 p.m.
A Friendship Drive man reported catching a porch pirate on his security camera. The potential thief was identified as a white female, around 50 years of age and driving a white SUV. She was seen on camera moving items around on the porch.

1:28 p.m.
A 1st Street man reported someone, likely a known suspect, broke his car’s sunroof and wrote profanities on the trunk using permanent ink.

Sunday, Oct. 23
6:45 p.m.
A deputy arrested a man on Church Road for public intoxication after receiving a report of a male laying in the roadway.

Friday, Oct. 21
Tyler Collins, 30, was arrested for five counts of failure to comply and theft by receiving.

Robert Motyka, 60, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

Saturday, Oct. 22
Christopher Barquis Knox, 35, was arrested for public intoxication.

James Middleton, 52, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for another agency.

Sunday, Oct. 23
Kevin L. Newbern, 42, was arrested for public intoxication.
