A pressure canning workshop will be held Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, from noon to 5 p.m. at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
Hosted by JoAnn Vann, Clark County family and consumer science agent, the five-hour workshop will be held in the Extension Homemakers Council kitchen and will focus on pressure canning ground beef.
Registration fee is $10 for supplies. Space is limited. The deadline to register is Monday, Oct. 24.
