The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Monday, Oct. 3
8:59 p.m.
A North 25th Street woman reported having an uninvited guest on her property on at least three separate occasions of late. Prior to notifying authorities she noticed some Halloween decorations had been taken from her lawn, suspecting the prowler was responsible for the theft.
Police worked a shoplifting case involving a juvenile.
Police investigated a property theft greater than $1,000 and sealed it as a felony case.
Tuesday, Oct. 4
5:45 a.m.
Officers responded to Carpenter Hill Apartments for a domestic disturbance between a man and woman. The aggressor fled the scene prior to police arrival.
5:23 p.m.
A South 12th Street couple reported someone cut out a section of a window screen on the side of their home.
7:30 p.m.
A Cypress Drive residence reported her roommate burst through the door cursing and making a threat toward her father.
7:54 p.m.
With the assistance of the owner, officers attempted to locate a pair of Apple Airpods reported missing since the Badgers Homecoming game. They were able to track them to a residence at Millcreek Apartments but were unable to get an answer at the door.

Terryon Lynn Hardaway, 18, was arrested by Henderson State University police and held for continued detention on a felony charge.
Derek Austin Zamora, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.
Tony Arthur Faas, 53, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for DWI.
Tuesday, Oct. 4
Jacqueline E. Hale, 48, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for DWI.
Yuquitia Beatrice Bradley, 38, was arrested and held for continued detention on a felony charge.
Tempe Buck, 42, was arrested by Gurdon police and held for continued detention on a felony charge.
