Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, Aug. 28
Police opened a case of commercial burglary.
Monday, Aug. 29
11:47 a.m.
Officers responded to a Village Drive location for a report of vandalism.
7 p.m.
Police arrested a woman at KFC for a theft that had been reported at the Beehive loading dock. She was additionally charged with disorderly conduct for causing a scene at the arrest location.
7 p.m.
Mail theft was reported at a Creekwood Drive residence.
7:19 p.m.
Officers were summoned to a Cypress Court residence for a custody dispute.
Tuesday, Aug. 30
8:37 a.m.
A woman reported being harassed by a known male.
Police worked a case of domestic battery involving a juvenile.
10:30 a.m.
Police arrested a Lark Place man for disorderly conduct after responding there for a report of a trespasser, who showed up while officers were there and caused a scene.
11:25 a.m.
A Lark Place man reported the theft of his anxiety medication. Officers were already at the scene for an unrelated matter.

2:30 p.m.
A Cedar Grove Road woman reported a FedEx driver ran over and killed her dog then left the scene.
Tuesday, Aug. 30
4 a.m.
A Fort Smith man was arrested at B&M Storage on Highway 8 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct following a deputy’s surveillance check on the property.
Wednesday, Aug. 31
4:45 a.m.
A Bismarck man was arrested at DeGray Liquor’s parking lot for public intoxication following a deputy’s surveillance check on what appeared to be an unoccupied vehicle.

Monday, Aug. 29
Benjamin Francis, 24, was arrested for violating the state hot check law.
John Lyndenlane Clifton, no age listed, was arrested for fleeing and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Frederick Akeem Burns, 32, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.
Tuesday, Aug. 30
Gary Wayne Smith, 46, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Colton Jeffery Pipkin, 28, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct.
Killian Thomas Gleaves, 18, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.
Patricia L. Cogburn, 40, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, Aug. 31
Michael Glen Phillips, 59, was arrested for public intoxication.
