ARKADELPHIA — In anticipation of the 2022 season, the Great American Conference will host a virtual media day for football on Wednesday, August 3.

The league’s head coaches, as well as student-athletes from all 12 schools will participate in the event, which gets underway on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with GAC Commissioner Will Prewitt.

The event will stream live at www.GACSportsNetwork.com and www.YouTube.com/GACAthletics. Each school will have 15 minute segments featuring the head coach and key returning players. Fans who want to participate in the event can tweet questions using the hashtag #theGACFBMD. Members of the media can request access to the virtual event by contacting GAC Assistant Commissioner Eric Moyer by emailing gaccommunications@gmail.com.

Ouachita is first team to be featured, taking the stage at 10:20 a.m. with Head Coach Todd Knight, All-America offensive lineman Peyton Stafford, and all-region defensive lineman Anthony Freeman.
