Mary Scott, age 76, of Norman, passed from this life on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at her home.
On June 1, 2022, the Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Arkansas Natural Resources Commission approved $35,410,210 for nine water and wastewater projects and four technical assistance programs serving more than 211,372 Arkansans.
Applicants can be new high school graduates, students already enrolled in college and older, non-traditional students wanting to further their education.
