A Clark County man faces felony charges after police allege he had a juvenile touch his genitals.

Brian Cole Tackett, 30, whose last address is in Hot Springs but has resided in Arkadelphia and Gurdon, was charged this week with second-degree sexual assault.

The charge stems from a May investigation in which the victim reported Tackett exposed himself and had the victim touch his genitalia. According to information in court records, the victim relayed that the incident happened two days prior to a forensic interview, and a similar incident had happened in 2020.

Tackett’s bond was revoked by court order following his arrest in May. He remains in custody at the Clark County Detention Center.

Arraignment is set for July 5. Tackett is being represented by Janice Williams of the public defender’s office.
