ARKADELPHIA — Arkadelphia Parks and Recreation is now offering a circuit training class in its new fitness area.

“Super Circuits” is an hour-long strength and endurance fitness class. Led by coach Leann Savage, the class will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Recreation Center’s fitness area.

Due to limited space in the fitness area, only 15 people can participate in the class at a time. Super Circuits is open to members and non-members, and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Registration for Super Circuits will be held on a week-to-week basis. Weekly registration will open Fridays at 8 a.m. and close Mondays at 5:30 p.m. Mid week registration and class-to-class registration is not allowed.

Like other fitness classes at Parks and Recreation, Super Circuits is included in a Recreation Center membership. Non-members will be asked to pay a $5 per class fee.

Super Circuits is the second fitness class Parks and Recreation added to its  department offerings this year. The department started offering Zumba + Mixed Fit classes last month.

Super Circuits will begin meeting regularly Monday, June 13. Visit https://recreation.arakdelphia.gov/ to learn more.
