Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. 4:24 a.m.
A resident at the 100 block of North 10th Street reported the theft of his estranged wife’s iPhone, likely by one of two black males he let in his apartment to smoke a joint. He said he had only known the men for two weeks and knew neither of their names.

2:06 p.m.
Officers cited a North 14th Street man at his residence for leaving the scene of an accident following a report of a Brookshire’s customer who said someone had struck her vehicle at the Pine Plaza parking lot. An employee witnessed the accident and identified the vehicle, a white Buick covered with bumper stickers.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between an unmarried couple at Cutler Terrace Apartments.

An Amity woman reported striking a calf while driving on Center Ridge Road at a property where she said cattle are often out of the field.
Arrests
Wednesday, May 18
Angelia Peevey, 50, was arrested for failure to comply.
Lacory Thomas, 43, was arrested for failure to appear.
Roderick Cooks, 43, was booked for a five-day sanction.
Ethan Carnice Balch, 34, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.
