In celebration of her new book, “100 Things to Do in Hot Springs,” Hot Springs-based freelance journalist, Cassidy Kendall, will host a free launch party and signing event. Published by St. Louis-based Reedy Press, the new guidebook provides an insider’s look at the “Spa City” and all the amenities it has to offer.

About the Author
Cassidy Kendall is a Hot Springs, Arkansas-based freelance journalist. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from the University of Central Arkansas. A south-Arkansas native, Cassidy was first introduced to Hot Springs as a child when her grandparents would take her and her two older sisters to vacation there during the summers. In her post-graduate journalism career, she has now spent time getting re-acquainted and falling in love with the community inside of what used to be a mere vacation destination.
