The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Friday, March 4
Police worked a case of terroristic threatening involving a juvenile.

Saturday, March 5
12:15 a.m.
A Carpenter Hill Apartments woman reported a known male rear-ended her parked car the previous day, knocking off the bumper.

1:19 p.m.
A Robin Lane man reported his wife used his phone to Ca$hApp herself $3,000, then left the residence possibly en route to Texas.

3:26 p.m.
Officers responded to a food truck vendor’s report that a known suspect fired shots toward his business from a toy airsoft gun, damaging a digital menu display. The suspect returned to the establishment later, and the two worked out an agreement to avoid legal action.

Friday, March 4
12:15 p.m.
A Bledsoe Road man reported someone in a navy or black SUV backed over his mailbox while turning around in his driveway, The mailbox was destroyed and would have to be replaced.

Arrests

Friday, March 4
Mary Franklin, 43, was arrested and held for continued detention.

Saturday, March 5
Carl Jackson, no age listed, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for careless and prohibited driving, driving left of center and refusal to submit.
Jeffery Lewis Brown, 32, was arrested by Gurdon police for third-degree domestic battery.
Shawn Allen Cogburn, 32, was arrested for a warrant.

Sunday, March 6
Kersha Hollis, 29, was arrested for a warrant.
