Latoya Buckley purchased all of Lot 12 Block 7, less 10 feet east thereof, of Hillcrest Addition of Arkadelphia from Darlene Jones for $138,000.

Chad and Kimberly Bedwell purchased Lot 1 in Block 5 of Ouachita Hills Addition of Arkadelphia from Gage and Deborah Adams for $275,000.

Feb. 23

New HB Acquisition (RE) LLC purchased 23.07 acres of the Clark County Industrial Park from 740 Partnership LLC for $11.5 million.

Feb. 24

Carl and Kimberly Burns purchased 4.91 acres on or near Highway 26 (S26 T7S R21W) from Randy and Marilyn Duncan for $245,000.
