The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department
Sunday, Jan. 30
1:50 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 700 block of South 11th Street for a fight that had occurred between two females. No arrest was made.
6:28 p.m.
Police arrested two subjects at Carpenter Hill Apartments following a disturbance call from an apartment there.
Police opened a case of a runaway juvenile.
Saturday, Jan. 29
Police opened a felony case of residential burglary.
4:21 p.m.
Officers cited a man at Walnut and Highway 67 for minor in possession of alcohol.
Friday, Jan. 28
1:45 p.m.
A woman reported a known male had violated the no-contact order she had against him.
3:20 p.m.
Officers forced entry inside a residence on Sylvia Street to assist paramedics trying to administer aid to a woman inside unable to unlock the door.
Police opened a felony case of theft of a motor vehicle.
1:38 p.m.
Officers arrested an Okolona woman at Walmart for shoplifting $93 worth of merchandise.
Thursday, Jan. 27
3:33 p.m.
Officers arrested a Pine Bluff man at 10th and Haddock streets for stealing a bicycle at Phillips 66, 104 N. 10th St. He was also detained by Ouachita security officers for lewd acts he reportedly did in front of college students.

Sunday, Jan. 30
Franklin Deonco Williams, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for fleeing and failure to appear.
Stephanie Rena Watts, 34, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.
