The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Tuesday, Jan. 25
3:21 p.m.
A woman reported being struck on her motorized wheelchair at 15th and Logan streets. The suspect vehicle, she said, accelerated through the intersection striking the rear of her wheelchair and causing her to spin around. The driver backed up in a presumed attempt to conceal the license plate number of his grey SUV and fled east on Logan.

10:43 a.m.
A Cypress Court man reported losing several of the pain pills he had been prescribed.
Police opened a felony investigation of financial identity fraud.

Arrests
Monday, Jan. 24
Jacoby Alexander Wright, 33, was arrested for a probation violation.
Milka Devonntae Bell, 26, was arrested for failure to appear, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
Thomas Deen Slaughter, 56, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for first-degree assault on a family member.
