The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Monday, Jan. 17
5:24 p.m.
Numerous callers reported a reckless driver had struck several highway signs on West Pine Street between Highway 26 and Interstate 30. A deputy was able to locate the driver on the interstate.

Sunday, Jan. 16
4:34 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 1900 block of Caddo Street for a dispute between a tenant and landlord.

Friday, Jan. 14
Officers detained three people at Highway 67 near the Clark County Fairgrounds after receiving a phone call of a roadside domestic disturbance.

Friday, Jan. 14
Clay J. Atkins, 35, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for filing a false report.

Sunday, Jan. 16
Ward Blaine, 70, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for a warrant.
Jamie Maria Young, 38, was arrested for failure to appear.
