The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, April 28

Officers worked a third-degree battery case involving a juvenile.

Officers worked a disorderly conduct involving a juvenile.

Wednesday, April 27

5:48 a.m.
Officers arrested a man at his South 12th Street residence for third-degree domestic battery following a woman’s report he had attacked her there. A third party who intervened in the incident told police the suspect had choked him, also, and the victim left the scene to notify authorities.

10:32 a.m.
A woman reported being harassed by a known female.

Police opened a felony case of financial identity fraud.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office

Arrests

Wednesday, April 27

Gracie Lynn Hill, 47, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for theft of property valued less than $1,000.

Candice Brook Thompson, 29, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.

Thursday, April 28

Timothy Maurice Davis, 31, was arrested by Arkansas State Police and held for continued detention.

Crystal Lee Durham, 49, was arrested for probation violation.

Cleatis Sheets, 24, was arrested for failure to appear and failure to comply.
