The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department
Thursday, Jan. 13
Police opened a felony case of breaking or entering and theft of property.
10:17 a.m.
A Cutler Terrace Apartments woman reported a known male attempted to make forceful entry into her residence. Officers arrived and spoke with both parties; no arrest was made.
Police opened a case of disorderly conduct involving a juvenile.
2:44 p.m.
Officers arrested a man at Southwest Probation, 423 Crittenden St., for public intoxication. He was there for a probation visit on a recent DWI charge.
3:52 p.m.
A woman reported receiving harassing phone calls from her ex-boyfriend.
Wednesday, Jan. 12
Police opened a felony case of residential burglary.
4:32 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 1400 block of North 10th Street, where a woman reported finding two female teenagers and a dog inside a garage-kept vintage automobile. The girls and the pooch fled on foot and paws, and a police search for them was fruitless.

Wednesday, Jan. 12
Michelle Kitchen Laguana, 37, was arrested for probation revocation.
Thursday, Jan. 13
Kebrecus M. Blakely, 30, was arrested for a parole hold.
Alan Self, 56, was arrested for public intoxication.
Alison Rebecca Heard, 27, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for driving while intoxicated and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Jeremy Duane Means, 38, was arrested for public intoxication.
