The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Friday, Jan. 7
7:48 a.m.
Officers responded to Cox Mobile Manor, where a woman reported someone had vandalized her vehicle.

Thursday, Jan. 6
Police opened an investigation of forgery.

Wednesday, Jan. 5
Police opened a felony investigation of breaking or entering.

8:08 a.m.
A man was arrested for public intoxication at 15th and Phillips streets.

5:44 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 2300 block of Crawford Street for a physical altercation between two males. The suspect apparently became enraged over a mess and commenced to strike the victim numerous times despite being maced. He then took a baseball bat to the man’s vehicle and fled. A police search for the suspect was unfruitful.

Arrests

Wednesday, Jan. 5
James Owen, 25, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.
Brennyn Ursery, 21, was arrested for failure to comply.
Ashley Renae Langston, 35, was arrested for criminal trespass.

Thursday, Jan. 6
Ted Carl Pate, 31, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a warrant.
