As of May 1, there were 327 people listed as Clark County inmates by the Arkansas Department of Corrections website. The inmates are distributed among several institutions across the state.
May’s total includes 308 men and 19 women (no change from last month). There are 161 white inmates, 161 black inmates and five of other races.
The following Clark County inmates have a parole-eligible date this month, although there are several factors that could affect any individual release for months or years:
Skyler L. Holliman, 24, sentenced in February 8, 2023, 18 months, breaking or entering. Incarcerated at Wrightsville Unit. According to court documents, Holliman forced entry into a Walnut Street residence in August 2018.
Taron Marks, 24, sentenced Dec. 6, 2022, 24 months, two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening. Incarcerated at the Ouachita County Waiting List. According to court documents Marks sent a message in Snapchat threatening to “shoot up” two people and their house in Gurdon.
