The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Thursday, Dec. 30
9:50 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 600 block of South 12th Street for a physical disturbance between an unmarried couple.

Officers opened a felony case of breaking and entering.

Wednesday, Dec. 29
Officers opened a runaway juvenile case.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office

Friday, Dec. 31
9:33 a.m.
A Dickerson Road, Okolona, man reported someone used his personal information in an attempt to claim unemployment benefits.

Thursday, Dec. 30
6:34 p.m.
Deputies cited an inmate for violating a protection order after he made a phone call to the protected person from the jail booking room.

Wednesday, Dec. 29
6:34 p.m.
Deputies responded to a property dispute at Highway 53 North near Hollywood. The property owner reported someone had performed a controlled burn without his consent.

Ashley Nicole Lowry, 35, continued detention.
Karlee Hester, 29, continued detention.
