The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Saturday, Nov. 20
12:40 a.m.
Police arrested a man at Chateau Apartments for possession of marijuana after a complaint that he was smoking on a second-floor balcony.

Officers opened a felony incident still under investigation.

5:37 a.m.
A Cypress Court woman reported her ex-boyfriend stole $100 cash from a bedroom chest-of-drawers.

3:55 p.m.
A Sparkman woman reported damage to her vehicle while she was shopping inside Walmart. A witness said some college-aged men were kicking a soccer ball and hit the car, damaging a door panel, then left the scene.

Friday, Nov. 19
1:13 p.m.
The owner of a Pine Street business reported an employee used the company’s credit card and piled up more than $700 worth of charges without authorization.

Friday, Nov. 19
10 a.m.
A Charity Road woman reported being threatened by her ex-husband.

6:30 p.m.
Deputies arrested at woman at Deceiper Hill Road for third-degree battery following a physical altercation involving her and her husband.

10:22 p.m.
An Arkadelphia man was arrested for possession of marijuana at the junction of state highways 7 and 51 following a traffic stop for a moving violation.

Friday, Nov. 19
Patrick Juevelle Turner, 34, was arrested for first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm by a certain person.
Tonya Knox, 36, was arrested for third-degree domestic battery.
Jermall M. Fulton, 39, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for driving while intoxicated.
Donald R. Williams, 56, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for speeding and fleeing.
Joseph R. Newborn, 38, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, Nov. 20
Braven R. Warren, 18, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for minor in possession.
Zoe Ella Upton, 20, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for minor in possession.
Raini Lee Cook, 18, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for unlisted charges.
Mark Brazil, 51, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for unlisted charges.

Sunday, Nov. 21
Charity Lee McCarty, 45, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication.
