The following incidents were gathered from incident reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, Sept. 2
1:40 p.m.
A South 23rd Street woman reported someone scratched her car.
8:48 a.m.
A Texarkana man who lost his wallet on State Line Avenue in December reported identity fraud. On Jan. 1, the Arkadelphia Police Department received a call from Walmart loss prevention in reference to a detained shoplifter who provided them with the victim’s personal information; as a result a failure to appear warrant was issued in the victim’s name for the shoplifting charge.
9:57 a.m.
A Perritt Primary School teacher reported her substitute stole an envelope containing an unknown amount of cash collected for funeral expenses of a colleague’s relative.
Wednesday, Sept. 1
Police responded to a case of disorderly conduct involving a juvenile.
Police opened a case of fraudulent use of a credit card involving a juvenile.
11:21 a.m.
A North Park man reported falling victim to a scam wherein he was convinced to send a $151 money order to lower his cable bill.
Arrests
Maurien Ross, 22, was arrested for a warrant.
