The following incidents were gathered from reports filed June 8-14, 2026, at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Arrested or cited individuals are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names, so don’t even think about asking.

3:37 p.m.
A Robin Lane resident reported being stalked and harassed by a known person.

Wednesday, June 10

12:29 p.m.
A Carpenter Hill Apartments woman reported finding damage to her vehicle window.

3:15 p.m.
A Walnut Street man reported leaving his wallet atop a fuel pump at Jordan’s (formerly Tiger Mart), 203 N. 10th St., early that morning, waking later to realize his folly and returning to the station to discover it was gone.

8:53 p.m.
Officers were called to a Murry Lane residence for a domestic disturbance, arriving to find a stumbling Richard Hunter Wingfield, 33, walking toward the roadway with a bloody nose. Speaking with both parties involved, police determined that Wingfield had struck the female victim and hit himself in the face during the altercation. Wingfield was arrested on the charge of third-degree domestic battery.

Thursday, June 11

10:26 a.m.
A food truck operator reported the theft of 25 feet of power cord from his business, which was parked at the 2700 block of Caddo Street.

Felony incident still under investigation: Forgery, 2900 block of Pine Street

3:10 p.m.
Management of a Pine Street restaurant reported someone left harassing voicemails. 

An Elaine Circle man reported that he believed his computers and cell phones had been hacked with malware and viruses, and that he destroyed said devices out of concern. He added other instances that his digital profile had been compromised, and was advised that future concerns regarding cyber crime should be reported to the state attorney general’s office.

Friday, June 12

4 a.m.
An officer took a mother’s report that her daughter, 37, was missing. The missing was identified as Lynette Irene Thrower, a Country Club Road resident. The mother said she last saw Thrower on June 3.

1:35 p.m.
An Arkadelphia attorney reported an unknown subject has been using her business phone number and contacting multiple individuals claiming to be mediators working alongside her firm, threatening to issue a warrant for their arrest if they fail to wire them money. The attorney was advised to contact the attorney general’s office.

Saturday, June 13

9:48 a.m.
Patrolling North 10th and Pine streets, an officer observed a pickup truck bearing expired temporary tags, and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Denike Demon Hopkins, 32, of Sparkman, advised that he did not have a valid license. A check of his information revealed that Hopkins’s license was suspended for DWI and that he was required to have an interlock device in the vehicle, which he didn’t have. He was arrested for driving with a DWI-suspended license, violation of interlock, and failure to register a vehicle.

11:05 a.m.
A Donaldson woman reported a known female attempted to slash her tires.

Sunday, June 14

6:10 p.m.
A resident of Ouachita Village Apartments, 11 Cypress Rd., reported his screen door was broken by a neighbor, whom he suspected was off of his medication due to his behavior. The neighbor was ultimately transported to the hospital for a 72-hour hold.

6:29 p.m.
Police were requested at a Buck Lane residence for an ongoing dispute between neighbors regarding dogs being let outside. The parties had reportedly been before a judge over the matter and had a court order outlining how often, and for how long, the dogs could be outside. Neither party could produce a copy of the court order.

Wednesday, June 10

5:52 p.m.
A deputy conducted a traffic stop on an uninsured vehicle at Highway 51 North near the intersection with Highway 7/8. The driver, Christi Ashton, 43, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and no liability insurance.

Saturday, June 13

9:11 p.m.
Observing a vehicle with something hanging from the rearview mirror, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at North 10th Street and Elrod Boulevard. The driver, Robert A. Wicker, 34, of Arkadelphia, possessed a suspended license and could not provide proof of insurance. A search of the vehicle unearthed a marijuana grinder. Wicker was arrested for driving with a suspended license and possessing instruments of crime.

Sunday, June 14

10:14 p.m.
A deputy was called to a disturbance between two females at a residence on Goldsby Road, Okolona. After taking statements from both parties and examining physical injuries to one, it was determined that the aggressor was Brittany Morgan Winans, 28. Winans was arrested for third-degree domestic battery.
