Police responded to a domestic disturbance at Arkansas Inn Apartments on Highway 67 South.

Thursday, July 29
12:26 p.m.
Police were called to the 2600 block of Elaine Street, where a resident reported the theft of an unknown number of tools.

6:24 p.m.
Dawon Charles Jackson, 51, was arrested for criminal trespass at Celebrations, where a manager reported surveillance footage captured Jackson shoplift from the business days prior.

Monday, July 26
7 p.m.
Deputies were called to Shields Wood Products to ascertain the whereabouts of a company log truck. A representative of the plant reported an employee threatened to drive the truck into the Ouachita River if he didn’t receive his paycheck. The threat appeared to be an empty one, however, as the responding deputy noted the log truck was parked at the plant.

Joshua Michael Bennett, 40, was arrested for aggravated assault, fleeing and reckless driving.

Jennifer Ann Hopson, 32, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance-meth.
Johnny Gilliam, 51, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication.
Christopher Williams, 26, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for third-degree assault on a family or household member.
Chadwick Skinner, 42, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication.
Ashley Kyle Pettey, 42, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for a warrant.

Sunday, July 25
Russell Dale Jackson, 52, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for aggravated assault.
Esteban Gomez, 57, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for indecent exposure.

Monday, July 26
Roberts Cherish, 29, was arrested for theft of property and criminal mischief.
Haley Hill-Smith, 22, continued detention.

Tuesday, July 27
Jason Bright, 48, continued detention.

Wednesday, July 28
Thomas Balboa Tapia III, 52, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for driving while intoxicated.
