Savannah Pierce, a senior Christian studies major from Dover, Ark., was crowned Ouachita Baptist University’s 2022 Homecoming Queen during a pregame ceremony at Cliff Harris Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 8.
Friday was Homecoming for Arkadelphia High School and the Badger football team used a quick start to cruise to a 54-7 win over Mena in their first true home game of the year, sending the Homecoming crowd home happy and a bit early.
The presentation of the court and coronation ceremony will begin at 6:20 p.m. at Badger Stadium.
The student body of Arkadelphia High School will present its 2022 Basketball Homecoming Court during ceremonies on Friday, Feb. 11, at 10 a.m. in the AHS gymnasium. The ceremony will include introductions of the 13 senior males selected to the court by popular vote of the entire student body. The 2022 King of Hearts for Arkadelphia High School will be announced during the ceremony.
