As Arkadelphia pastor Greg Lathem delivered a prayer to a group gathered at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home, just a block away the tower clock at the Clark County Courthouse rang six times.

The purpose of this event is to gather as a community, reflect on all that was lost and celebrate the growth of Clark County and the City of Arkadelphia since that day.
