The family-friendly fall festival you’ve waited all year for is back. The 2026 Manchester Pumpkin Day is set for Saturday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. through 2 p.m., at the Manchester Community Building, 1216 Manchester Road.
The event features vendors, food, hayrides, a petting zoo, games and, of course, locally grown pumpkins for sale. A Kid’s Fun Run happens at 10 a.m.
All proceeds, ticket sales and vendor fees from the event directly benefit the Manchester Rural Community Improvement organization for upkeep and improvements to the grounds of the historic community building, a century-old building that once housed a two-room schoolhouse. Funds from past Pumpkin Day events have allowed the construction of a pavilion.
