Dorothy Bell Starnes, age 94, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas passed away on June 19, 2026. She was born on October 15, 1932, the daughter of the late Gid and Artie Mae Crawley Morse.
Dorothy had various jobs throughout her life, but she especially enjoyed working as a caregiver for families. She also cared for her mother in her last years of life. She will be remembered for her good sense of humor, her great story telling and for being a faithful friend. Dorothy will be greatly missed by her close friends and her many adopted students through the ElderServe program at the Elrod Center at Ouachita Baptist University. She was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church in Arkadelphia.
A graveside service will be held at 9:00 am on Monday, June 29, 2026, at the Okolona Cemetery in Okolona, Arkansas.
