Henrietta Miller

Henrietta McGraw Miller of Midway, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, in her home.  Henrietta (Henrie) was born in Spring City, Missouri on March 23, 1944 to Charley and Iva Jane McGraw.

Henrietta was the youngest of 8 children. She married her husband, Melvin Miller, in 1959 in Porterville, California.  Henrietta received her GED in 1978 and her License Practical Nurse degree in 1980 from Bee County College (Texas). She was an avid quilter, embroider, and seamstress. Henrietta loved to collect fabric and patterns. She shared her love of crafting and sewing with her granddaughters. She was a member of the Hot Spring County Quilters Guild.

She is preceded in death by husband Melvin Miller, parents Charley and Iva Jane (Boyer) McGraw, sisters Lulu Juanita Clem, Emma Crawford, Virginia McGlothlin, Barbra Jean McGraw, and brothers David McGraw, Charley McGraw Jr., and Billy McGraw.

She is survived by her brother, Garl McGraw of Porterville, CA, daughter Kathy (Matthew) Lazenby of Arkadelphia, AR, sons Daniel (Rachel) Miller of Victoria, Texas and Kenny (Sandie) Miller of Friendship, AR . Grandchildren: Christina (Chris) Kugler of Dardanelle AR, Jonathon Lazenby of Arkadelphia, AR, David (Lena) Lazenby of Midway, AR, Heather (Aaron) Lee of Donaldson, Holly (Marshel) Bean of Friendship, AR, Rachel (Cody) Garza of Port Isabel, TX, Sarah Scott of Corpus Christi, Amanda (Nathan) Gerber of Sandia, TX and 21 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind two grandchildren of her heart: Sarah Donivan and Wynn Donivan and her best of best friend Lillian Brown of Malvern, AR.

The family is grateful for the Baptist Health Hospice Team, Lorna Busfield, Diedra, Sarah, and Wynn Donivan for the care and love they gave Henrietta during her last year. There are no words to express our love for you and your service.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
