Judith Rhodes, age 75, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born October 11, 1950, in Harrison, the daughter of the late Ward and Oveda Jones Brady.
Judy was a 1968 graduate of Pyatt High School and a 1972 graduate of Henderson State University. She lovingly owned and operated Miss Betty’s where generations of children passed through her doors and her heart. Judy was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed the Razorbacks, peaceful days floating and fishing Crooked Creek, and riding shotgun with her beloved husband. Judy’s heart belonged to her two children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Jim and Jack Brady
Survivors are her husband, Larry Rhodes of Gurdon, one son, Kirk Rhodes (LeeAnn) of Gurdon, one daughter, Sarah Oliver (Bobby) of Hot Springs, one sister, Linda Hope Ross (Bob) of Mountain Home, AR, six grandchildren, Grace Turner (Tanner), Kadin Rhodes, Claire Graham, Hope Graham, Harleigh Smith and Caroline Hurst, and one great-grandson, Lecks Turner.
Graveside services and Interment will be in Patton Cemetery at Pyatt, AR, at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 19, 2026, with Bro. David Graves officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon.
Pallbearers are Steven Pennington, Joey Pennington, Mitch Pennington, Roy St. Claire, Roy Fisk and BJ Ply.

The family would like to give special thanks to Baptist Medical Center, Dr H Mitchell, Janie and Nellie for their wonderful care of Judy in her final days.
