Brian Keith “Wingnut” Wingfield, age 54, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born on March 30, 1971, in Okolona, the son of Dale Eugene and Paula Jean Looper Wingfield. Wingnut worked in lawn service at Ouachita Baptist University. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, karaoke and hanging out with his friends.
Wingnut is preceded in death by his father, Dale Eugene Wingfield.
Survivors are his mother, Paula Wingfield of Arkadelphia, two sons, Garrett Wingfield (April Hitchens) of Arkadelphia and Hunter Wingfield of Arkadelphia, one brother Mark “Yo” Wingfield of Hot Springs, and one very special grandson, Braxton Wingfield.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Welch Funeral Home.
