ARDOT sets public meeting for state highway intersection improvement in Dallas County

HOLLY SPRINGS, Arkansas — The Arkansas Department of Transportation is inviting citizens to an in-person public involvement meeting Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026, to discuss an intersection improvement to the Y at state highways 9 and 128 at Holly Springs.

The meeting, set for drop-ins between 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Holly Springs Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 168 Highway 9, Sparkman, will be to discuss design changes to the proposed safety improvements to the intersection.
