The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Wednesday, Dec. 17
A resident of Cutler Terrace Apartments reported someone ripped off and took a security camera from near the entrance.
Saturday, Dec. 20
An officer was requested at the Recreation Center, 2555 Twin Rivers Dr., where staff reported that vandals tore a water fountain from the bathroom building.

Sunday, Dec. 21
6:15 a.m.
Police were called to a residence at the 1000 block of South 15th Street for a disturbance between a male and female. After observing physical evidence and speaking with both involved parties, officers arrested Kaleb Bryan Smith, 26, and Madlynn Kate Lundberg, 19, for third-degree domestic battery.
10:55 a.m.
An unattended death was reported at Oakwood Apartments, 1205 Caddo St. The deceased was an 83-year-old female with a heart condition and who had recently undergone a heart procedure. The coroner was called and took charge of the scene.
5:23 p.m.
An officer took statements from parties involved in a civil dispute over vacating a Logan Street rental property. The landlord was advised of the process to pursue the matter in district court, and both parties were advised to avoid contact with one another.
