One person died in a midnight crash in Howard County Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2025.
Axel A. Marquez, 22, of Mineral Springs, was driving a 2023 Dodge Challenger on Buck Range Road in Nashville when the southbound vehicle crossed the centerline, left the roadway and collided with a tree, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary.
Marquez’s body was transported to Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Investigating State Trooper Micah Brown noted wet roads and clear weather at the time of the collision, which was recorded as 12:10 a.m.
