A one-vehicle crash in Nevada County claimed the life of a Prescott man early Sunday morning, Nov. 2, 2025.
According to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary, 22-year-old Earnest B. Spencer was driving a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria east on Arkansas Highway 24, near the intersection with Nevada County Road 240, east of Prescott, when he left the roadway and collided with a culvert. The vehicle then overturned.
Spencer’s body was taken to the Nevada County Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened at 3 a.m. under clear skies and on dry roads, according to investigating State Trooper Akari Alexander.
