In an otherwise light round of real estate deals the past two weeks, the former Alumacraft property at 1329 N. 10th St. in Arkadelphia sold to a California family that manufactures textiles in Los Angeles. In a $698,000 deal, Su Thanh Dang’s Manly LLC bought the 74,274-SF of warehouses and office space on about 13 acres. Manly LLC is registered in Roland, Arkansas. Benjamin and Jessica Hormell bought Mary Sue McBeth’s home at the 1000 block of Village Drive, Arkadelphia, for $445,000. The property includes a 4,105-SF home.
For $375,000 Shannon and Marco Penate bought a 2,154-SF home and 17 acres of mixed timber and pasture at the 1800 block of Shiloh Road. Former owners Noe and Edel Moreno paid $120,000 in 2024.
In the Manchester community, Kelley and Sabrina Hunt, of Hot Springs, bought a 864-SF home and 10 acres at the 800 block of White Road for $112,500. Former owner Brenda Stevenson bought the place in 1988 for an unlisted price.
