The Clark County Sanitation Department will hold a countywide large item cleanup the week of Oct. 27-31, 2025.
Residents must be a current paying customer in order to participate, and must live outside the city limits of Arkadelphia, Gurdon and Amity. To request a pick-up, call the Sanitation Department at 870-246-7602. Office hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pick-up requests will be taken until noon Friday, Oct. 24.
Items that will be picked up include old appliances, furniture, mattresses, metal, lumber and household items.
Due to landfill restrictions, the following items cannot be picked up: tires, batteries, paint, paper, newsprint, cardboard, household garbage, bagged items and electronics.
