SARATOGA, Arkansas — On September 29, 2025, at approximately 8:20 pm, Deputies Cayman Cato and Johnny Weaver were dispatched to 200 Dogwood Lane in Saratoga in regard to a medical emergency.
Caller advised that 79-year-old Ann Frick’s horse had showed up at their house without Ann.
