Gloria Beasley

Gloria Lee Dayton Beasley, age 88, of Bismarck, formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed from this life on Monday September 22, 2025, at her home. She was born on March 20, 1937, in Wheeling, West Virginia the daughter of the late Aloysius Alex and Stela Chmura Goletz.

Gloria was a 1954 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic School. She worked at Area Agency on Aging as a senior companion. Gloria was a member of First Baptist Church of Bismarck. She enjoyed playing with her dogs, feeding and watching birds, and relaxing in the country air.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Harold E. Dayton Sr, her second husband, Frank Beasley III, one brother, Ronald Goletz, and one daughter, Lee Ann Whetsell.

Survivors are one son, Harold Dayton and his wife Sandra of Bismarck, two daughters, Bobbi Kendall and her husband Steve of Tucson, AZ, and Debbi Baxter of Michigan, one sister, Patricia Fincham of Hillard, FL, nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.

The family will host a celebration of Life at 2:00PM on Friday October 3, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Bismarck.
