Vina Sue Fulmer, age 75, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Encore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Malvern. She was born August 22, 1950, in Gurdon, the daughter of the late Marcus Vernon and Mary Matilda Cooper Duncan.
Vina was a book-keeper for Aalfs Manufacturing in Arkadelphia for many years and worked at Dallas Martin Nationwide Insurance Company as well. She was active with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Caddo Valley. Vina enjoyed flowers, gardening and crocheting in her free time.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jim Fulmer.
Survivors are one son, Joseph Wayne Fulmer (Sherry) of Glen Rose, two daughters, Lara Marie Mackey (Jeremy) of Hot Springs, and Tami Lee Moore (Matthew Golloway) of Hot Springs, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one brother, Roger Neal Duncan (Connie) of Bald Knob.
A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 29, 2025, at Welch Funeral Home with Kenneth Leverett officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
