A psychological examination has been ordered for an Emerson man who is accused of damaging buildings in Magnolia and breaking the rear window of a police vehicle.
Legal proceedings against Christopher James Humphreys, 42, have been suspended until his examination by the state Division of Aging, Adult and Behavioral Health Services.
Humphreys is charged with criminal mischief and escape.
