Arkadelphia’s May 1st Fiesta this Thursday

The City of Arkadelphia is excited to announce its plans for a pre-Cinco de Mayo celebration on Thursday, May 1, 2025, in downtown Arkadelphia.

Presented by Citizens Bank and Southern Bancorp, the May 1st Fiesta features activities for every age, including:

• A Kids Zone – With a bounce house, photo booth, temporary tattoo station, and yard games, sponsored by Veolia and Brookshire’s

• Live Music by Los MX Band from Rogers, Arkansas

• Salsa Dancing Lessons with Leah Patterson

• Local and Regional Food Trucks

• A Salsa Bar by 3/7 Catering

• A Beverage Bar by The V Bar & Grill, sponsored by Crye-Leike Pro Elite Realty and Sexton Law Firm

• The Crye-Leike Pro Elite Realty Piñata Zone

“Our Cinco de Mayo celebration is the unofficial kick-off to the events season and a great way to welcome summer,” said Halle Mann, Special Events Manager. “From the live music to delicious food, and seeing local families out enjoying the evening, it’s always a good time.
