Ruth Thomas Barham, a successful attorney in Dallas for several decades, loved life and inspired others to do the same. As a natural teacher, she could not keep herself from helping others.
Preceded in death by her husband of 41 yrs, Harvey Barham, her parents, Ira and Viola Thomas, Arkadelphia, AR, six siblings, Marjorie Stevenson, Joyce Stiffler, and Iris Toombs, Gurdon, AR, Mary Ann Newton and Ira “Tommy” Thomas Jr, Curtis, AR, and Judith Johnston, Duncanville, TX
Survived by her daughter Lisa Zirkle (Doug), Hayden, CO and her son, Harvey Barham, Jr (Jenny), Richardson TX as well as her six grandchildren Rachel Miller and Laura Zirkle, NYC, Chistopher Zirkle, Steamboat Springs, CO, Caroline Zirkle, Hayden, CO, Charlie Barham and Anna Barham, Richardson, TX, three great grandchildren, her sister, Annette Dunn, Texarkana, TX and many nieces and nephews.
